Discovering the Uncommon Path to Inner Peace

In Sickness and In Health: When You or Your Spouse Has A Health Issue

Awakening Together: When Your Child Has a Health Issue or Disability

Inner Peace When Times are ToughDuring this unique period of history that we have all been living through, singles have often felt isolated, lonely and cut off from activities where they could find a potential partner. As a result, for many singles, the desire to find a partner has never been stronger.

Did you know there is quite a bit you can do NOW when you’re single to get ready for “the love of your life”?

It begins with understanding that the conflicts that happen in a relationship have a purpose. The conflicts in a relationship happen to show you what’s blocking you from living your life aware of how magnificent you truly are.
Here are a few of the things you can do today to create the relationship you want, even if you haven’t met your partner yet.

  • Learn how to look within to discover your true Self.
  • Learn to resolve inner conflicts by listening to your heart wisdom
  • Develop emotional maturity by making peace with feelings of sadness, fear and anger
  • Address family of origin and multi-generational wounds

The more you know about your inner workings, the easier it will be to find solutions to conflicts with your new partner.

Look for a partner who is also getting ready to meet the love of their life- YOU.

InnerPeace Healing the Multi-Generational WoundThe challenges we are facing in the world today are hard on relationships- especially intimate relationships. When the stress builds and builds, it’s not uncommon for couples to have more frequent arguments. In hopes of minimizing conflicts, some couples begin to avoid each other.

  • How can you and your partner resolve the conflicts that these times of uncertainty are bringing to the surface?
  • How can you and your partner stop the blame game and end the power struggle?
  • How can you find your way back to loving one another again?

During times of uncertainty, where do you start to rekindle your relationship?

  • Think about what you’re up against like it’s an incredible adventure that you and your partner are embarking on. Adventures have dangerous moments, but they also have exciting moments, and precious moments.
  • Most people don’t realize that there is an inner journey a couple can take, where these difficult times become the fertile ground for getting to know each other at a much deeper level.
  • When you learn the lessons, your relationship is teaching both of you, then you can develop a deeper sense of trust in each other. As a result, you can grow closer, and develop more intimacy.

The Awakening Together In Times Of Uncertainty Couple’s Group opens the door for intimacy to grow, not only in spite of hard times, but actually because of all you have been through together. Awakening Together can lead to more and more moments of shared exquisite stillness.

“Awakening Together is about seeing the Divine in your partner’s eyes, not just during the romantic stage, but years, even decades later.”
~Sharon and Trevor Hart

Inner Peace When Times are ToughMost of us don’t realize that many marriages end in divorce because of the stress that a serious health issue puts on a relationship? But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Of course, focusing your efforts on regaining health comes first.
Just please don’t wait too long to address the emotional concerns of the relationship.

No one wants to go through a divorce on the heels of health challenges.

The first few years of marriage, the birth of children, the midlife crisis, the empty nest syndrome and the retirement phase are well-known for being time periods which stress a couple’s relationship. But the biggest challenges in a couple’s relationship comes when one of you develops a major health issue. And, unfortunately, very little is done to support couples going through this crossroads.

Our In Sickness and in Health group fills in this gap and provides high-quality relationship support, especially for couples with health concerns.

Of course, focusing your efforts on regaining health comes first.
Most of us don’t realize that many marriages end in divorce because of the stress that a serious health issue puts on a relationship? But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Just please don’t wait too long to address the emotional concerns of the relationship.

No one wants to go through a divorce on the heels of health challenges.

The dynamics of your relationship with your spouse begin to change when he or she becomes ill, differently-abled or start aging. As the health challenge becomes a daily part of life, both the spouse with the health challenge and the healthy spouse begin to realize that their relationship has been affected. It takes compassion and wisdom to learn how to effectively make this transition into your roles as caregiver and care receiver.
The big questions are:

  • How can you use your health challenges as a spiritual catalyst to awaken together?
  • How do you protect your marriage from the stresses that threaten to rip it apart?

“In other words, you can either spend your life caught in hopelessness or you can have the courage to walk right into the place in your heart that is heavy. And in that act of courage lies the possibility of discovering inner peace.”
~Sharon and Trevor Hart

InnerPeace Healing the Multi-Generational WoundIt’s hard to see your child living with pain. It’s difficult to watch many of the paths to your child’s happiness blocked by illness, accident, or disabilities. For many of you, everything else in your life was put on hold when your child’s life became so challenged. This is what loving parents do.

But at a certain point, you begin to realize that the stress of caring for your child is taking its toll on your marriage. In order to give your child hope it’s understandable to put on a “happy face” for your child, especially if the child is young.

But it’s also common to put on a “happy face” for your spouse, so you can support him/her by “appearing strong”. This might help for the initial phase of adjustment to your child’s illness, but it doesn’t work after that. When you hide the grief and fear from your partner for very long, communication begins to erode.

There is only so long that the emotional concerns of the relationship can be put on the back burner. Stress can break marriages apart, but with the right kind of support you can learn how to use this challenging time to actually strengthen your marriage. This group offers you the opportunity to learn how to strengthen your marriage when your child is struggling with life, both as individuals and as a couple.

Don’t wait until it’s too late!

Sharon and Trevor Hart

How Trevor and Sharon moved through times of uncertainty with grace and courage….

Through a series of multiple crises, including raising a child with severe special needs, they have learned both individually and as a team how to flow with change on a practical level, while simultaneously maintaining their inner eye on the Divine. They used their challenges as a catalyst to deeper awakening. And they developed the Awakening Together Relationship Mentoring Groups as an outgrowth from the inner strength and heart wisdom that they learned along the way. This program in many ways is the symbol of their co-creative and ever-expanding marriage.

Sharon and Trevor are spiritual wisdom teachers who have mastered uncertainty and challenge in their own lives. After teaching hundreds of students to negotiate difficult times, you can be sure that they will understand what you are up against. Their living example and clear teaching method gives participants courage to leap beyond uncertainty to discover a clear path to inner strength and heart wisdom.

Sharon and I co-taught relationship and couples classes with Dr. Bruce Fisher, author of Rebuilding, When Your Relationship Ends. It was a wonderful and uplifting experience for both of us to have the privilege of working with the late Dr. Fisher, who was a nationally known leader in the field of divorce and relationships. Sharon is compassionate and perceptive, and she established a wonderful rapport with the people in the class, who easily trusted her with their concerns and feelings. It was fascinating to watch her work with couples, as she tracked the concerns of both individuals and guided them towards the discovery of a mutually satisfying solution.

My work with Trevor has been phenomenal in terms of how much I’ve changed. I am in deep gratitude to spaces he has opened up. From a practical standpoint, I have much more personal power, a stronger relationship to money (resulting in a huge income jump) and a much deeper ability to leverage high impact with a mainstream audience. I feel that he is a savant with a real gifted genius in combination with a lifetime of very intensive personal work combined with genuine lineage transmissions from the past as well as from what I can only describe as the future as well.

For those of us who find ourselves (either by choice or by circumstance) on a journey of exploration and self-discovery towards multidimensional realms, Trevor Hart is a gifted guide, facilitator, and mentor. I have worked with Trevor regularly for the past four years. Trevor’s assistance and unique gifted guidance has accelerated my exploration in ways that cannot be put into words. He has an amazing ability to ‘meet you where you are’ in this exploration of either a novice or seasoned traveler. I remain grateful to have Trevor walking by my side on this journey.

The work I have done and am doing with Trevor has been so very significant and positive to my life. It feels very special to be a part of this group work. My overall being feels elevated. Anecdotally, after the first group session alone, my acupuncturist felt my “pulses” at the start of our weekly session and kicked me off the table. That had never happened before. Being a part of the group session has been a real blessing in my life.

Cosmic shaman meets the practical mystic. This is Trevor Hart. His knowledge and access to the unseen realms and dimensions is breathtaking. His intimate understanding of the lightbody and our collective emergent edge is rare and awesome. And better yet, the protocols and methodologies he has developed to work multidimensionally with others in service of the healing and awakening of humanity is a profound gift to us all.
